Precidence

The National Council is elected for a period of five years and constitutes the highest governing body of UNEAC between one congress and another. It is made up of 120 members elected by the delegates to Congress by universal, secret and direct vote. Furthermore, by right, the presidents of the Associations, those of the Provincial Committees and the Honorary Members are members.
